Registration
How Do I Register?
There are three ways to register for the RWA Conference: online, by mail or fax.
- To register online, members must log in to www.rwa.org and then visit the registration link on the RWA home page. Or, you may find the link in the Conferences & Events section of the Web site. Make sure to select "2010 RWA Annual Conference" from the event drop-down box at the top of the online form, as well as the registrant type of “member.” Once you have selected these options, the page will refresh and display the member registration fee.
a. Make sure to complete the badge name field(s)
b. Check off any ADA or special meal requirements in the “sessions” section.
c. Then, add your payment information and check out.
d. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address RWA has on file for you only if you check the box on the form that says “send e-mail confirmation.” You can always view your purchase in the My Transactions section of My Account Profile (under the “event registrations” subhead).
- Registering by mail is easy! Simply complete the conference registration form and mail it and your payment to the RWA corporate office: Romance Writers of America, attn: Conference Registration, 14615 Benfer Rd, Houston, Texas 77069.
- To fax your registration to RWA, complete the registration form and fax it to 281-378-5912, our fax line dedicated solely to conference forms. Or, you may fax it to our main fax line, 832-717-5201.
